A healthy relationship means you know how to communicate with the people you have a connection with and they will know how to communicate with you, you would respect your relationship and the opinion and views and still be able to get along. It’s also trusting the ones that you have the relationship with and also helping one another in times of need. Healthy relationships are also about understanding the type of people you want/need to be around to build a relationship with. It’s recognizing the people who are toxic and not healthy for your life and being able to remove them. Most of us can recognize what an unhealthy relationship looks like, but sometimes we can get caught up and not notice some of the signs and in order to build or have healthy relationships, we first must know and show people how we should be treated.
HERE ARE A FEW RED FLAGS THAT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE IN AN UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP. ANY TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP (family, friends, love interests, or any other types):Â

These are just a few red flags you should be on the look out for when you are building relationships or when you need to end toxic relationships. Being aware of these signs can save you from a lot of hurt, pain, sadness, anger, or any other negative effect that comes with engaging in an unhealthy relationship.
